About Us
Ruby and Sons Jewelers is a third generation business established in 1919 by Rochelle’s grandfather Ruby. Today Rochelle and her husband Jeff continue the tradition of quality, honesty, and fairness started over 85 years ago.
Ruby and Sons has two locations to better serve the Greater Binghamton Area. You can find us at our original location at 3523 Country Club Road #3, Endwell, NY 13760. You can also find us at our store located at 1332 Upper Front Street located in the town of Chenango in Binghamton, N.Y.
For your added convenience and security, Ruby & Sons has a bench jeweler ON premises in our Endwell location for all your jewelry repair needs. You can stop by either store for your jewelry repairs.

Rochelle Klieger - Owner
Rochelle is a Graduated Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and has passed the GIA courses in Pearl Grading, and Sales. Rochelle was born in Binghamton, graduated from Maine-Endwell Sr. High School, and SUNY-Geneseo.
Jeff Klieger - Owner
Jeff has passed the Diamonds course with GIA. Jeff was born in Johnson City, graduated from Maine-Endwell Sr. High School and Broome Community College.
David Cunningham - Jeweler
David is as graduate of Northern Arizona University with a BFA degree, emphasis in Jewelry and MetalSmithing. David has years of experience in both the manufacturing and repair of fine jewelry. David is a graduate of Chenango Valley Sr. High School.

Return Policy
Returns must be postmarked with in (5) five days from date of receipt of package. Refunds will be issed to the original purchaser only, less shipping fees. All items must be returned in unused, unworn original condition with proper packaging and copy of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and is encouraged to ship with delivery confirmation. Items altered from original condition (sized, engraved,etc) are non-returnable. Special orders are nonreturnable for refund or merchandise credit This included items that have been engraved, sized, or customized in any way. Ruby & Sons Jewelry Service Plan (JSP) is needed if rings need sizing, center stones set, etc. Please refer to JSP information on the "about us- services page"
